Beacon Blue Beacon Blue, our award-winning blue goat's cheese is silvery like the moon, silky smooth, creamy and fresh on the tongue, yet a good helping of peppery tang quickly develops leaving you craving more and more!
Stratford Blue Something of a dark horse (not literally!), Stratford Blue is really delicate, really creamy and perfectly rich. The blue bite develops with warmth but soon mellows in a sea of creaminess making our Stratford Blue cheese truly unique and unbelievably moreish.

All of our cheeses are handmade in our Farmhouse Dairy in rural Lancashire. The surrounding fields are grazed by the cows who provide our milk, many of whom are looked after by extended family. Our goat's milk comes from just down the road. We believe Lancashire and our surrounding area in particular make such a big difference to the quality of our cheese, alongside, of course the skill and experience of our wonderful team of cheesemakers.

When you enter your email address and mobile number, onto your order, Royal Mail will send you updates on your delivery.
We want your letterbox cheese gift to arrive in great condition, so to keep your gift as cool as possible on it's journey, we include an ice pack in your box.
Royal Mail first class, is a 1 - 2 day service, unfortunately they do not provide tracking or guaranteed next day delivery on this service.
